"Just thought you should know that our AIME day and train the trainer day went very, very well. This was in no small part due to the material that your group prepared for our instructor candidates. I don't think I have ever been involved in an educational endeavor which has been as well organized as your program. So thanks to you and your team!"
"The good thing was that I had an approach (thanks to AIME) right from the get go that I was able to communicate to the team beforehand which made the whole thing go relatively smoothly."
"Every doctor should be compelled to undertake SA-AIME for their and the patient's sake. Terrific course. Having a staged approach to airway management takes the panic out of the difficult airway. Now I can breathe even when the patient isn't."
"On March 23 2009 I attended the AIME course put on by Clinical Education in Burnaby. Being in my 33rd year with the BCAS, I must say this was one of, if not the best continuing education sessions I have ever attended."
"Courses like AIME empower practitioners to use advanced airway skills, I steadfastly believe you are having a positive impact on airway management at different levels of care: prehospital, ED, and OR."
Yesterday we did a call with an extremely graphic gunshot wound. Because of the guidance and teaching of the recent airway course - things were done quickly but not rushed and totally without panic.
The energy and enthusiasm of the instructors was fantastic. The common sense approach was easy to learn. The constant encouragement and non-intimidating approach of the instructors was good for learning. Keep up the great work! This course should be a pre-requisite for all residency programs.
The best airway course I have attended. All the speakers gave sensible, pragmatic advise on management of difficult cases. Very worth while.
NOBODY SHOULD INTUBATE WITHOUT HAVING DONE THIS COURSE! GREAT! Thanks for a great day.

AIME Advanced: "Taught by masters who are approachable and practical"
I simply wanted to share with you and the team at the AIME course (Montréal) that this is by far, the most pleasant, interesting, and enjoyable learning experience to date. As a physician, we attend conferences and courses and are at times rather disappointed. AIME was excellent! The seminar leaders were so genuine and eager to foster learning in a most appropriate manner.
"...my first patient had major GSW injuries on arrival, with sucking chest wounds. My colleague had 3 attempts at RSI with a Mac blade and a styletted tube, but just couldn’t get a good view. I made the decision to try bougie-first after that. I felt a hard stop to the bougie, threaded a tube over top, connected end-tidal CO2, and breathed a sigh of relief. Although airway skills are important for everyone, I think your course is most important for us very occasional intubators, and especially when resources were overwhelmed like they were in our situation."
"I wanted you to know that the skills you teach directly saved at least one person’s life during the mass casualty event."
